1Password is hiring a Sr. Administrative Assistant to be a key partner to the Chief Product Officer and a cornerstone of support for the Product & Design organization. Reporting to the Director of Product Operations, you will ensure the CPO’s schedule, communications, and initiatives are executed with precision, enabling leadership to focus on strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Manage and prioritize the CPO’s calendar across time zones, including meeting logistics, preparation, and travel coordination.
- Coordinate travel, expenses, and event planning, including department offsite logistics and leadership meetings.
- Support Product & Design VPs with ad hoc scheduling and coordination needs.
- Prepare briefing materials, track deliverables, and follow up on action items to help drive accountability across workstreams.
- Draft, edit, and coordinate high-quality internal and external communications on behalf of the CPO.
- Support the CPO’s customer engagement efforts, including scheduling, briefing, and follow-ups.
- Help with calendar planning for Product-wide rituals and operational rhythms like All Hands and QBRs.
- Build strong cross-functional relationships to help represent the CPO’s priorities and unblock communication.
- Maintain discretion and confidentiality in all aspects of your work.
- Provide backup support to other EAs and leadership team members as needed.
What We're Looking For
- 4+ years of experience as an Administrative Assistant.
- Experience working with senior executives in a remote-first, fast-paced environment.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to write clearly and think critically.
- Proactive and adaptable — able to anticipate needs, pivot quickly, and navigate ambiguity with composure.
- Demonstrated ability to manage time and priorities effectively, balancing long-term projects with urgent requests.
- Deep attention to detail, with excellent calendar, travel, and logistics coordination skills.
- Experience with Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, and expense management tools.
- Passion for helping others succeed and supporting the culture of a high-performing team.

- Compensation: USA: $92,000 USD - $124,000 USD; Canada: $79,000 CAD - $107,000 CAD + equity grant.
Work Mode
This is a remote-first position open to candidates in the USA and Canada.
