Tavoron is looking for an SQL Developer to ensure seamless and reliable data flow across our systems. Your work will enable high-quality analytics by designing, developing, and maintaining data solutions. You will optimize database performance, manage ETL processes, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to support data-driven decision-making.
What You'll Do
- Develop, optimize, and maintain complex SQL queries, stored procedures, views, and ETL processes.
- Design and implement data models and structures to support scalable analytics and operational reporting.
- Build robust data integration workflows pulling from ERP, CRM, manufacturing systems, and external sources.
- Ensure data quality, consistency, governance, and documentation across the data ecosystem.
- Develop and manage data pipelines, lakehouses, and warehouse assets within Microsoft Fabric.
- Implement medallion architecture (bronze/silver/gold layers) and best practices in Fabric and OneLake.
- Collaborate on enterprise data warehouse strategy and design.
- Design and build Power BI datasets, semantic models, dashboards, paginated reports, and KPI scorecards.
- Implement row-level security, optimized DAX, and best practices for performance and usability.
- Analyze and interpret data related to manufacturing and distribution operations.
- Partner with business teams to understand functional requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Work with data extracted from multiple ERP systems; understand core tables, business logic, and transactional flows.
What We're Looking For
- 3–5+ years of professional SQL development experience.
- Hands-on experience with data integration (ADF, Fabric Data Pipelines, SSIS, or similar).
- Experience with Microsoft Fabric components (Data Factory, Lakehouse, Warehouse, Notebooks, Power BI).
- Strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, dimensional modeling, and ETL orchestration.
- Proficiency with Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, and report development.
- Solid understanding of manufacturing and distribution processes and how they translate into data.
- Ability to work with business users, gather requirements, and deliver high-quality data solutions.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work both independently and in cross-functional teams.
Nice to Have
- Experience with Infor, ExactMAX or NetSuite ERPs data structures.
- Experience with cloud platforms (Azure preferred).
- Familiarity with Python, notebooks, or Fabric Spark.
- Experience with API integrations or event-based data ingestion.
- Background in manufacturing/distribution operational analytics.
