About the Role
Develop and deliver strategic sports media campaigns and branded content solutions across LATAM, creating tailored proposals, coordinating cross-functional teams, and translating client needs into data-driven, story-led digital strategies presented in Spanish and English.
Responsibilities
- Create strategic proposals and seasonal concept packages for the Commercial team to support client acquisition and engagement.
- Develop and maintain sales assets such as Media Kits and B2B communications tailored to various digital platforms and websites.
- Design digital commercial strategies focused on sports-related campaigns across web, app, and social media channels.
- Incorporate digital advertising formats including display, video, rich media, and social media branded content into campaign planning.
- Embed compelling, original storytelling into all strategic proposals and conceptual offerings.
- Analyze client briefs, requirements, and data to derive actionable insights and shape strategy development.
- Present strategic recommendations, proposals, and campaign concepts directly to clients in both Spanish and English.
- Oversee project execution and campaign management, particularly coordinating branded content initiatives across internal teams.
- Ensure effective coordination of branded content production processes, even without direct production responsibilities.
- Allocate client budgets strategically and manage internal resource distribution efficiently.
Requirements
- Ability to present professionally in both Spanish and English.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret client needs and extract strategic insights from data.
- Experience in developing digital media strategies with a focus on sports content.
- Proven ability to create and manage sales materials such as Media Kits and B2B communications.
- Demonstrated skill in crafting narrative-driven proposals and concept packages.
- Experience coordinating cross-functional teams, particularly in branded content workflows.
- Proficiency in managing client budgets and aligning internal resources effectively.
Nice to Have
- Prior experience in digital advertising across web and app platforms, including display, video, and rich media formats.
