Banorte seeks a Sports Activation Manager to lead the planning, execution, and oversight of sports activation programs for our personnel. You will play a key role in fostering a culture of physical activity and teamwork aligned with our values of solidarity, innovation, respect, loyalty, and responsibility.
What You'll Do
- Coordinate tournaments and sports initiatives to encourage physical activation among staff.
- Hire and supervise field coaches and sports facilities necessary for training teams that represent the bank in banking industry tournaments.
- Manage the sports budget, handle payments to suppliers, and process collections from personnel for registrations in bank sports events.
What We're Looking For
- Professional degree in Physical Education or a related field.
- 3 years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in effective communication, planning, team management, conflict resolution, persuasion and negotiation, and fieldwork.
- Proficiency in administrative functions and the Microsoft Office suite.
- Availability to travel.
Work Mode
This is an onsite position based in Santa Fe, CDMX.
