Allied Services is seeking a Speech Therapist to provide high-quality, direct patient care. Under the direction of the Team or Clinic Manager, you will be responsible for assessment, treatment, and documentation for a diverse patient population.
What You'll Do
- Provide direct patient care appropriate for ages from pediatric through geriatric.
- Assess patient data and interpret information to identify age-specific needs.
- Perform related documentation and manage patient records.
- Conduct videofluoroscopic swallowing studies.
- Deliver care as described in Outpatient and Speech Pathology & Audiology policies.
- Travel as required for the role.
What We're Looking For
- A Master's degree in Speech Pathology from an accredited program.
- Licensure as a Speech Pathologist in the Commonwealth of Pennsylvania.
- Clearance by PA State Police criminal history check, Cogent, and the PA Child Abuse Central Register.
- A valid Pennsylvania driver's license.
- CPR certification, which must be maintained.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Fluent speaking ability in English.
- Demonstrated knowledge and skills to provide individualized care appropriate to age-specific need and culture.
Nice to Have
- One (1) year of experience in Speech Pathology services.
Team & Environment
You will report directly to a Team or Clinic Manager, providing focused patient care and contributing to a supportive clinical environment.
Work Mode
This role requires onsite work.
