About the Role
This position involves driving product awareness and adoption among specialty healthcare providers by delivering clinical messaging and supporting patient access initiatives in a defined territory.
Responsibilities
- Promote a specialty pharmaceutical product to targeted healthcare professionals
- Develop and maintain relationships with key prescribers and clinic staff
- Deliver accurate, compliant clinical information during sales calls
- Execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals
- Identify new business opportunities within assigned geography
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales visits based on customer needs
- Collaborate with internal teams to support patient access and reimbursement
- Report field activities and customer insights using CRM tools
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards in promotional activities
- Attend and participate in regional sales meetings and training sessions
- Respond to product-related inquiries from healthcare providers
- Monitor competitor activity and market trends
- Coordinate with specialty pharmacies and distributors as needed
- Support co-pay and patient assistance program awareness
- Utilize data to prioritize accounts and plan call frequency
- Deliver product presentations at group meetings or advisory boards
- Ensure timely submission of expense and activity reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data and labeling
- Follow medical legal regulatory (MLR) guidelines for all materials
- Engage in continuous professional development and training
