ARS Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Specialty Sales Representative - Nashville East

About the Role

This position involves driving product awareness and adoption among specialty healthcare providers by delivering clinical messaging and supporting patient access initiatives in a defined territory.

Responsibilities

  • Promote a specialty pharmaceutical product to targeted healthcare professionals
  • Develop and maintain relationships with key prescribers and clinic staff
  • Deliver accurate, compliant clinical information during sales calls
  • Execute territory business plans to achieve sales goals
  • Identify new business opportunities within assigned geography
  • Conduct in-person and virtual sales visits based on customer needs
  • Collaborate with internal teams to support patient access and reimbursement
  • Report field activities and customer insights using CRM tools
  • Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards in promotional activities
  • Attend and participate in regional sales meetings and training sessions
  • Respond to product-related inquiries from healthcare providers
  • Monitor competitor activity and market trends
  • Coordinate with specialty pharmacies and distributors as needed
  • Support co-pay and patient assistance program awareness
  • Utilize data to prioritize accounts and plan call frequency
  • Deliver product presentations at group meetings or advisory boards
  • Ensure timely submission of expense and activity reports
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of clinical data and labeling
  • Follow medical legal regulatory (MLR) guidelines for all materials
  • Engage in continuous professional development and training

Compensation

Competitive base salary plus performance incentives

Work Arrangement

Field-based with territory in eastern Nashville

Team

Part of a regional specialty sales team reporting to a district manager

Territory Focus

  • Primary focus on healthcare providers in the eastern region of Nashville
  • Target accounts include specialty clinics, urgent care centers, and emergency departments

Product Training

  • Comprehensive onboarding program including clinical, sales, and compliance training
  • Ongoing education to support product and market evolution
