About the Role
This role is responsible for driving product awareness and adoption among healthcare professionals by conducting in-person and virtual sales calls, delivering clinical presentations, and executing territory business plans to meet sales objectives.
Responsibilities
- Promote specialty pharmaceutical products to targeted healthcare providers
- Develop and execute territory plans to maximize market penetration
- Conduct in-person and virtual sales visits with prescribers and staff
- Deliver accurate, compliant clinical presentations to medical audiences
- Build and maintain relationships with key decision-makers in healthcare settings
- Utilize CRM tools to track activities and customer interactions
- Adhere to all regulatory and compliance standards in promotional activities
- Respond to product-related inquiries with scientific and clinical data
- Collaborate with regional team members to share best practices
- Attend and support regional and national sales meetings
- Monitor local market trends and competitor activity
- Identify new business opportunities within the territory
- Coordinate with medical affairs and reimbursement teams as needed
- Ensure timely submission of expense and activity reports
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of product indications and guidelines
- Support patient access initiatives through provider education
- Follow company policies for ethical promotion and documentation
- Participate in ongoing training and professional development
- Achieve quarterly and annual sales targets
- Represent the brand at professional events and conferences
