Responsibilities
- Design engaging video and static visuals, primarily using Figma.
- Collaborate with Media Buyers & Product Owners to understand performance data, propose creative ideas, and ensure effective execution.
- Assist in crafting compelling headlines and video ad scripts to support campaigns.
- Stay updated on AI trends, new creative tools, and innovative channels to enhance your work.
- Organize and systematize creative assets for efficient tracking and reuse.
- Regularly analyze competitor ads to elevate visual strategies.
- Thrive in a fast-paced, evolving environment with a proactive and creative mindset.
- Perform other assigned tasks.
Requirements
- Higher education degree in Graphic Design, Multimedia, or a related field.
- Digital portfolio showcasing experience and capabilities.
- Proven experience in creating engaging video and static visuals for digital campaigns.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud programs, including Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro, and After Effects.
- Experience using Figma for web design.
- Excellent creative, problem-solving, communication, and analytical skills.
- Strong written and verbal English and Lithuanian skills.
