The Saudi Olympic & Paralympic Committee is looking for a Specialist, Treasury Operations to support our financial operations. In this role, you will ensure effective cash management, accurate transaction processing, and compliance with policies and regulations, contributing to the smooth financial functioning of our organization.
What You'll Do
- Monitor daily cash positions and ensure adequate liquidity across accounts.
- Support short-term cash flow forecasting and reporting.
- Assist in optimizing cash utilization and minimizing idle balances.
- Process and monitor bank transfers, both local and international.
- Reconcile bank statements and investigate discrepancies.
- Maintain and update banking mandates and authorized signatories.
- Coordinate with banks on operational matters and documentation.
- Prepare treasury-related reports, such as daily cash position and exposure reports.
- Ensure compliance with treasury policies and internal controls.
- Support internal and external audit requirements related to treasury activities.
- Maintain accurate records of treasury transactions and documentation.
- Assist in monitoring foreign exchange exposure and payment risks.
- Ensure adherence to financial regulations and organizational policies.
- Support implementation of treasury systems and process improvements.
What We're Looking For
- A Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
