SIGNAL IDUNA/HANSAINVEST is hiring a Specialist People Diagnostic & Development to shape the growth of our leaders and talents. In this role, you will create and implement innovative development programs directly aligned with our strategic goals.
What You'll Do
- Design and implement innovative development programs for leaders and talents, such as talent programs.
- Create content and moderate modern potential analysis and selection procedures, including Assessment Centers for internal service and sales.
- Take full product responsibility for the leadership development program for new leaders, covering design, consulting, administration, and lifecycle management.
- Collaborate in interdisciplinary initiatives for personnel, leadership, and organizational development with colleagues from across SIGNAL IDUNA.
- Provide consulting and support for leaders.
What We're Looking For
- A completed degree in business psychology or business studies with a focus on HR, Psychology, or Economics.
- Proven experience in designing and implementing talent programs.
- Strong diagnostic skills and experience in selection procedures.
- Willingness to learn and change, excellent interpersonal and teamwork skills, and initiative.
- Knowledge of agile working methods.
- Strong customer and service orientation and quick comprehension.
- Analytical skills and dispositional ability.
- Fluent German language skills in speech and writing.
