Stranger Soccer is looking for a Specialist, Operations to join our team. You will work closely with the City Manager and a small team to manage day-to-day operations of our flagship Singapore business, focusing on inventory and revenue management, customer experience, and other key initiatives.
What You'll Do
- Manage day-to-day operations of the flagship Singapore business.
- Focus on inventory and revenue management.
- Focus on customer experience and service.
- Work on other ad hoc initiatives.
What We're Looking For
- Relevant experience, e.g., hospitality, sales, customer support, logistics, operations, or inventory management.
- Excellent English communication skills.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Passion for customer service.
- Friendly positive attitude and team player.
- Bachelor's Degree or Diploma.
Nice to Have
- Interest in football is a BIG PLUS.
- Experience working overseas or with international companies a plus.
- Hospitality experience a plus.
- Franchise Development or Support experience a plus.
Team & Environment
You will work closely with the City Manager and a small team, reporting directly to the City Manager.
Benefits & Compensation
- Compensation: Php20,000.00 - Php30,000.00 per month.
