About the Role

Responsibilities
- Monitor and execute daily clearing workflows for derivatives trades
- Verify trade data accuracy across internal systems and clearinghouse reports
- Identify and resolve trade mismatches and settlement issues promptly
- Coordinate with clearing brokers and exchange representatives
- Support month-end and year-end reconciliation processes
- Ensure compliance with regulatory reporting obligations
- Assist in the review and implementation of operational procedures
- Respond to audit requests and provide required documentation
- Track and report on key operational metrics and performance indicators
- Escalate exceptions and operational risks to management
- Maintain accurate records of clearing activities and adjustments
- Facilitate communication between trading, compliance, and technology teams
- Participate in system enhancement initiatives and testing cycles
- Stay current with changes in clearing regulations and market practices
- Prepare daily position and margin reports for internal review
- Support onboarding of new trading products and clearing arrangements
- Troubleshoot data feed discrepancies from clearing providers
- Assist in disaster recovery and business continuity planning
- Document operational workflows and update process manuals
- Provide training and guidance to new team members
- Analyze operational inefficiencies and recommend process improvements
- Ensure secure handling of sensitive financial data
- Maintain strong internal controls over clearing functions
