Diati Staffing is seeking a Specialist, Medical Content and Education. In this role, you will be instrumental in developing medical content and supporting the broader medical education strategy for a portfolio of existing and pipeline products. You will create key assets for external engagement and support continuing medical education efforts.

What You'll Do

Support the development, localization, and roll-out of key content assets such as field medical decks, infographics, and congress materials.
Liaise with medical education vendors during the development of educational assets.
Ensure timely review and approval of medical materials through the review process, incorporating feedback.
Assist in reviewing grant submissions for continuing medical education and independent medical education.
Collaborate with key business partners including global medical leads, medical unit leads, and scientific communications.
Ensure excellence in all activities consistent with medical engagement standards.
Assist with other priority medical engagement initiatives as needed.
Work cross-functionally to communicate strategic plans internally and ensure alignment.
Collaborate with Medical teams and stakeholders to create and initiate innovative strategies and programs.
Develop partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
Collaborate across the Global Medical Affairs organization, regions/countries, and enterprise partners.
Maintain a data-first mindset to evaluate the impact of content use.

What We're Looking For

Scientific Training or related field.
4+ years of experience in a pharma, biotech, or medical communications capacity.
Experience in content development.
Experience in medical, legal, review submissions and processes.
Demonstrated expertise in working successfully with cross-functional teams.

Nice to Have

PharmD, PhD, or MD preferred.
Experience specifically within the pharma or biotech industry.

Team & Environment

This role will sit within the Medical Engagement (ME) group as part of the larger Medical Excellence Team within Global Medical Affairs (GMAF). You will report to and support the Lead, Medical Content and Education.
