About the Role

Jobgether is looking for a Specialist, Marketing Data Analytics to transform marketing data into actionable insights that drive business performance and optimize paid media campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-backed recommendations.

What You'll Do

  • Monitor and analyze paid media campaigns from impression to enrollment, providing actionable optimization recommendations.
  • Build, maintain, and communicate dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Leverage first-party datasets and analytics platforms to generate insights for internal stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and external agencies, to optimize campaign performance.
  • Conduct ad-hoc analyses, A/B testing, and performance modeling to inform decision-making.
  • Ensure consistent and accurate tracking, data collection, and attribution using established frameworks.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.

What We're Looking For

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data analyst role, preferably focused on digital marketing or business analytics.
  • Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and other measurement tools.
  • Experience building reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
  • Understanding of paid media channels (SEM, social paid, display, video) and attribution models.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; ability to translate data insights for diverse audiences.
  • High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.

Nice to Have

  • Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery is a plus.
  • Experience in an advertising agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
  • Background in large dataset management and data joins.
  • Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and conversion rate improvement strategies.
