Jobgether is looking for a Specialist, Marketing Data Analytics to transform marketing data into actionable insights that drive business performance and optimize paid media campaigns. You’ll work closely with cross-functional teams to analyze campaign performance, identify trends, and provide data-backed recommendations.
What You'll Do
- Monitor and analyze paid media campaigns from impression to enrollment, providing actionable optimization recommendations.
- Build, maintain, and communicate dashboards and reports using tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Leverage first-party datasets and analytics platforms to generate insights for internal stakeholders.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product, and external agencies, to optimize campaign performance.
- Conduct ad-hoc analyses, A/B testing, and performance modeling to inform decision-making.
- Ensure consistent and accurate tracking, data collection, and attribution using established frameworks.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and consumer behavior to inform marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Analytics, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years’ experience in a data analyst role, preferably focused on digital marketing or business analytics.
- Proficiency with Google Analytics (GA4) and other measurement tools.
- Experience building reports and dashboards using data visualization tools such as Looker Studio or Power BI.
- Understanding of paid media channels (SEM, social paid, display, video) and attribution models.
- Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and collaboration skills; ability to translate data insights for diverse audiences.
- High level of confidentiality and professionalism when handling sensitive information.
Nice to Have
- Familiarity with SQL and BigQuery is a plus.
- Experience in an advertising agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
- Background in large dataset management and data joins.
- Familiarity with A/B testing, campaign optimization, and conversion rate improvement strategies.
