Jobgether is looking for a Finance Business Analytics professional to join our team. In this role, you will drive data-driven decision-making by combining advanced SQL expertise with financial analysis and BI reporting on complex datasets. You will work closely with finance, business intelligence, and cross-functional teams to enhance reporting accuracy and deliver actionable insights.

What You'll Do

Develop, maintain, and optimize financial dashboards using BI tools to track KPIs and key financial metrics.
Perform detailed financial reporting, variance analysis, and trend identification to support strategic decision-making.
Integrate and manage data from multiple sources, including ERP systems like Oracle NetSuite, to provide a unified financial view.
Automate repetitive financial tasks and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and accuracy.
Support audits, compliance reporting, and regulatory documentation as required.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders across finance, marketing, sales, and operations to deliver actionable insights.
Participate in end-to-end BI projects, including design, analysis, and implementation of financial models.

What We're Looking For

Bachelor’s degree in Economics, Statistics, Econometrics, Finance, or a related field.
Advanced proficiency in SQL for deriving actionable insights.
Strong analytical skills, with experience in statistical modeling and descriptive analytics.
Ability to manage and analyze large volumes of financial data quickly and accurately.
Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate data into business decisions.
Excellent communication skills in English.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with competing priorities.

Nice to Have

Experience with Python or R.
Proficiency in other languages such as Spanish, German, or Italian.
Knowledge of ERP finance applications (Oracle, NetSuite, SAP).
Prior accounting or financial reporting experience.
