Responsibilities
- Support the development and execution of the Client Experience & Engagement Plan
- Drive enhancements to existing client engagement initiatives such as Communities of Practice, onboarding, training, check-ins, and site visits
- Apply project management practices to manage large-scale, high-risk workforce transitions, including onboarding and offboarding approximately 4,000 employees
- Oversee systems, data integrity, and the continuous improvement lifecycle
- Lead biannual regression testing and validation efforts for Workday system upgrades
- Monitor, report, and interpret key performance indicators
- Facilitate internal professional development workshops
