FoundationCCC is looking for a Business Operations Specialist to join our business operations team. This key role ensures efficient, accurate, and compliant workforce processes while supporting an exceptional client experience. What You'll Do
- Implement and assist in planning the Client Experience & Engagement Plan
- Lead the improvement of client engagement activities including Communities of Practice, onboarding, training, check-ins, and site visits
- Apply project management methodologies to oversee high-volume, high-risk workforce processes, including the onboarding and offboarding of approximately 4,000 employees
- Lead biannual regression testing and validation for Workday enhancements
- Track and analyze KPIs to drive operational excellence
- Lead internal professional development sessions
What We're Looking For
- Minimum of three (3) years of experience in client-facing operations, workforce administration, HR operations, or related fields
- Proficient in Workday CRM
- Skilled in Salesforce, including Builder and Case Management
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communications, Human Resources, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience
Nice to Have
- Experience in workforce development, community college systems, or nonprofit environments
- Experience with EOR, staffing operations, or regulated workforce environments

- Compensation: $70,500.00 - $72,500.00
