Allianz Group is looking for a Specialist to join our Claims Hospital Fax Team. In this role, you will be responsible for handling fax claims from hospitals, ensuring they are processed efficiently to prevent pending cases or backlog. What You'll Do
- Provide support to the team in handling hospital fax claims.
- Review information from fax claim documents and record it into the system.
- Assist the team in investigating and making decisions on claims in the system by performing actions such as approving payments based on authorization, rejecting invalid fax claims, requesting additional information, issuing memos, submitting claims for further investigation, and requesting hospital records.
- Continuously monitor pending hospital fax claims and backlog cases, ensuring timely decisions are made.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Nursing Science.
- 5 years of working experience.
