We are looking for a dedicated individual to join our team as an F&B Service Operations specialist. You will provide food, beverage, and service in restaurant and banquet settings to meet customer needs and satisfaction, directly supporting our operational goals.
What You'll Do
- Provide food, beverage, and service in assigned restaurants and banquets to meet customers’ needs.
- Monitor, prepare, and maintain kitchen wares, utensils, and equipment to ensure they are in good quality and ready for use.
- Prepare locations to facilitate banquets and support effective operations.
- Create reports summarizing overall food and beverage service operations for supervisor review.
- Perform other assigned responsibilities.
