Company is looking for a Plant Administrative Officer to ensure smooth day-to-day administrative and office operations. You will be responsible for creating a well-organized, safe, and professional working environment through facilities management, procurement, and logistical support.
What You'll Do
- Manage and supervise maid and gardener staff to ensure office cleanliness, pantry supplies, and common areas are well maintained.
- Coordinate maintenance and repair work with vendors and the facility management team.
- Manage office access, keys, parking, and general facilities arrangements for employees.
- Handle procurement and inventory of stationery, pantry items, uniforms, and office supplies.
- Distribute uniforms and maintain uniform records for Employee Uniform and Production Uniform.
- Monitor stock levels and prepare purchase requests as needed.
- Prepare and process Purchase Requisitions (PR) and Purchase Orders (PO).
- Coordinate with finance and vendors for quotations, deliveries, and invoices.
- Maintain vendor records and procurement documentation.
- Coordinate company transportation, shuttle, or driver arrangements.
- Support transportation planning for employees and visitors when required.
- Coordinate logistics for meetings, events, and company activities.
- Coordinate visa, work permit, and immigration documentation for expatriates, visitors, and/or suppliers.
- Liaise with government offices, agents, and external service providers.
- Maintain accurate records and track visa/work permit expiry dates.
- Support document preparation for audits and inspections.
- Support HR and management in organizing company activities, events, and meetings.
- Coordinate venue setup, catering, materials, and logistics for events.
- Provide on-site administrative support during events.
- Prepare reports, schedules, and administrative documents.
- Support ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.
- Act as receptionist when required for special events.
- Manage visitor registration, badges, and meeting room coordination.
- Ensure professional front-desk service and lobby presentation.
- Support lobby setup and coordination during global management or VIP visits.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in HR administration or a similar role.
- Strong administrative and organizational skills.
- Service-minded and professional attitude.
- Good communication skills in Thai and basic English.
- Ability to coordinate with multiple vendors and stakeholders.
- Attention to detail and ability to handle confidential information.
- Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Nice to Have
- Experience with visa/work permit coordination and procurement is an advantage.
