Company seeks a Medical Representative to meet sales targets for assigned products in an allocated territory. You will drive performance through customer engagement plans and sales excellence KPIs, managing relationships via in-clinic and off-clinic promotional activities.
What You'll Do
- Meet or exceed sales targets for assigned products within the allocated territory.
- Execute in-clinic Sales Action Plans using the Customer Engagement Model.
- Implement off-clinic promotional activities for target customers to improve relationships.
- Adhere to all company and industry compliance requirements and local processes.
- Ensure listing and availability of BI products as required in the territory.
- Validate, understand, and plan logistics to execute Sales Action Plans.
- Prioritize and ensure engagement with high-value customers.
- Maintain a correct and complete customer database.
- Develop and validate effective Sales Action Plans.
- Track achievement of Sales Action Plans and take corrective actions for priority customers.
- Utilize Veeva functions for event management, surveys, and coaching.
- Develop superior selling capability through knowledge of disease, clinical trials, product, marketing strategy, and competition.
- Apply selling skills in line with marketing strategies.
What We're Looking For
- At least 2 years of experience in medical sales.
Nice to Have
- Bachelor's degree in a Pharmaceutical or Scientific field.
