Patrique Mercier Recruitment is looking for a Spanish Speaking Software Implementation Specialist to lead the full lifecycle of software deployments for our Spanish-speaking clientele. You will be the primary guide, ensuring solutions are tailored and adopted effectively.
What You'll Do
- Lead the implementation of software solutions for Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through each phase of the process.
- Conduct needs assessments to tailor the software solutions to meet client-specific requirements.
- Provide training and support to clients on software functionalities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to troubleshoot and resolve implementation issues.
- Document all implementation processes and client interactions accurately in our CRM system.
- Gather post-implementation feedback to identify areas for improvement.
- Stay updated on software updates and relevant industry trends.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and oral.

- Proven experience in software implementation or project management.
