Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Representative to provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking clients. This is a remote role based in Greece, offering a fully paid relocation package.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding customer support to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring inquiries are addressed with professionalism and care.
- Engage with clients through various communication channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Get acquainted with client systems to offer high-quality service efficiently.

What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish (both written and spoken) is essential for effective communication with clients.
