Mercier Consultancy is looking for a Spanish Speaking Customer Representative to provide outstanding support to our Spanish-speaking client base. You will relocate to Greece and become part of a vibrant team dedicated to efficient issue resolution.
What You'll Do
- Provide outstanding support to Spanish-speaking clients, ensuring their inquiries are addressed professionally.
- Communicate effectively through various channels, including phone, email, and chat.
- Navigate our client systems to deliver high-quality service.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure fast resolution of customer issues.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish, both written and spoken.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a passion for customer service.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to new tools and technologies for a remote work environment.
- Self-motivated, proactive, and able to thrive in a dynamic setting.
- Open to relocating to Greece.
