Patrique Mercier Recruitment is seeking a Spanish Speaking B2B Integration Specialist to serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients. You will guide clients through B2B integrations, evaluating their requirements to tailor solutions that meet specific operational goals.
What You'll Do
- Serve as the primary liaison for Spanish-speaking clients, guiding them through B2B integrations.
- Evaluate client requirements and tailor integration solutions to meet their specific operational goals.
- Collaborate closely with internal technical teams to ensure the smooth implementation of integration initiatives.
- Provide ongoing training and support to clients post-integration, enabling them to fully utilize their new systems.
- Monitor integration outcomes and assist in troubleshooting any issues that may arise.
- Create and maintain comprehensive documentation related to integration processes and client interactions.
- Keep abreast of industry advancements to continuously refine and enhance service offerings.
What We're Looking For
- Fluency in Spanish and English, both written and verbal.
- Solid understanding of integration methodologies, software solutions, and APIs.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to manage simultaneous projects efficiently.
- Outstanding interpersonal and communication abilities to foster client relationships.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting, demonstrating a proactive and organized approach.
