Responsibilities
- Recruit, train, and guide a high-performing inside sales team, typically managing over 10 members.
- Demonstrate leadership by example, providing hands-on coaching during customer calls and product demonstrations.
- Guide the team to surpass monthly, quarterly, and annual sales goals by expanding the sales pipeline and closing deals efficiently.
- Evaluate deal risks and propose performance improvement strategies during weekly pipeline reviews with agents and leadership.
- Ensure operational excellence by monitoring key metrics such as response times, conversion rates, pipeline health, and data accuracy.
- Achieve deep product knowledge across all solution areas using available training resources to lead value-based customer discussions.
- Conduct career growth conversations and ensure each team member has a personalized development plan for current and future roles.
- Improve team focus by eliminating productivity barriers and streamlining inefficient processes.
- Assess individual team member strengths and proactively build internal talent pipelines.
- Set performance and sales quotas aligned with current market dynamics and business demands.
- Collaborate with Quality and Readiness teams to enhance agent effectiveness and overall team performance.
