SupportYourApp is seeking a bilingual Customer Support Consultant fluent in Spanish and English (C1 level) to deliver exceptional customer support remotely for global tech clients. This role involves providing omnichannel support, building customer relationships, and collaborating with cross-functional teams in a multicultural environment.
What You'll Do
- Deliver outstanding customer support via phone calls, chats, and emails
- Build strong and lasting customer relationships
- Keep up with evolving tools and technology
- Handle sensitive customer data with care and security
- Apply the latest and greatest customer happiness practices
- Maintain deep understanding of client solutions and meet KPI
- Communicate with developers and cross-functional specialists
What We're Looking For
- Excellent Spanish and English communication skills (at least C1, both written and spoken)
- At least 1 year of experience in customer service
- Experience providing support via omnichannel is a must
- Strong analytical thinking and research skills
- Positive, proactive and responsible attitude
- Personal computer (at least 8GB of RAM) with a stable internet connection (minimum 50 Mbps download and 40 Mbps upload)
