Aimbridge Hospitality is looking for a Spa Massage Therapist to join our team of wellness professionals. You will be the artist of relaxation, enchanting guests with soothing touch and revitalizing therapies, sharing expert wellness advice, and helping guests leave feeling refreshed.
What You'll Do
- Assess clients’ needs, review histories, and create personalized treatment plans.
- Administer massages and therapeutic techniques with skill and care.
- Guide clients on postural improvement and exercise recommendations.
- Educate guests on wellness concerns and aftercare practices.
- Welcome guests warmly, handle requests, resolve issues, and deliver superior service.
- Communicate effectively with other departments, attend meetings, and help motivate team associates.
- Maintain cleanliness, ensure supplies and equipment are ready, and follow all protocols for safety and guest confidentiality.
What We're Looking For
- A high school diploma or equivalent.
- Must possess and maintain a valid state massage therapist license.
- Must carry required professional liability insurance.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to quickly and accurately evaluate situations and make sound decisions.
- Demonstrated ability to perform effectively in high-pressure and stressful environments.
- Capable of maintaining composure and objectivity under pressure.
Nice to Have
- At least one year of experience in a hotel or related field.
