Hilton is looking for a Director of Spa and Wellness to direct and administer all activities and services for spa-related operations, including Spa, Fitness Center, and Salon. You will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service and driving financial profitability for the department.
What You'll Do
- Direct and administer all Spa operations including guest service, product quality and innovation, merchandising, marketing, inventory management, cost controls, systems management, budgeting, forecasting, report generation, and policy implementation.
- Develop and implement spa menus and marketing strategies.
- Initiate and implement marketing and up-selling techniques to promote spa services and maximize revenue.
- Monitor and assess service and satisfaction trends, evaluate issues, and implement improvements.
- Monitor and develop team member performance through supervision, professional development, scheduling, counseling, evaluations, and recognition.
- Recruit, interview, and train team members.
- Ensure team members are knowledgeable about all spa products, services, facilities, events, pricing, and policies.
- Resolve guest issues and concerns to the guest's satisfaction.
