Gong.io is hiring a Solutions Marketing Manager

About the Role

Gong.io is looking for a Senior Solutions Marketing Manager to lead the strategic design and implementation of Gong’s go-to-market strategy for our most critical expansion verticals. You will bridge the gap between complex product capabilities and industry-specific pains, positioning Gong as the Revenue AI OS for sectors like Healthcare, Financial Services, and Manufacturing.

What You'll Do

  • Act as the strategic 'business owner' for assigned industries, leading the end-to-end design and execution of GTM strategies that drive awareness, adoption, and revenue growth.
  • Mine qualitative and quantitative insights through practitioner interviews, market research, and competitive intelligence to identify emerging sub-vertical trends and market gaps.
  • Translate AI complexity into customer outcomes and narratives that speak the language of industry C-suites; drive thought leadership and advocacy.
  • Partner deeply with Product Management to validate industry-specific hypotheses and inform roadmaps, ensuring our vision meets unique regulatory and technical needs.
  • Ensure GTM teams are fully enabled with the right messaging, plays, and materials to directly drive win rates in complex, regulated environments.
  • Use market and performance data to set direction, manage to KPIs, and make confident pivot-or-scale decisions.

What We're Looking For

  • 6+ years of experience in Product, Solutions or industry Marketing for enterprise B2B.
  • Advanced storytelling & communication: Exceptional ability to communicate clearly to both internal and external audiences.
  • Strategic & Action-Oriented: A bias for action in ambiguity, leveraging data-backed insights to drive clarity and influencing without authority.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field.

Nice to Have

  • Experience building GTM strategies for complex industries (e.g., Healthcare, FinServ, or Manufacturing).
  • MBA or advanced degree in a relevant field.
