We are seeking a Solutions Manager for Strategic Partnerships to support client-facing technology service projects. This role will function as the critical link between client teams, client success groups, and technology partners. The ideal candidate requires profound expertise in enterprise social media management platforms combined with exceptional client-facing capabilities. You will help clients optimize technology investments by identifying opportunities, resolving technical challenges, and aligning platform usage with strategic business objectives. Candidates must be prepared to operate in a fast-paced, entrepreneurial environment, collaborating cross-functionally and driving results in a fully remote, global setting. Responsibilities: - Act as primary technical and strategic advisor for technology service projects and opportunities - Partner with client success teams to understand priorities and develop actionable platform strategies - Collaborate with technology partners to advocate for client needs and ensure comprehensive stakeholder alignment - Lead discovery sessions and platform audits to assess usage, identify efficiency opportunities, and recommend enhancements - Provide best practices and ongoing guidance on technology platform support for evolving business objectives - Support new implementations and managed services projects to ensure seamless execution - Collaborate on quarterly business reviews to identify expansion and innovation opportunities - Stay current on platform updates, emerging features, and industry trends - Work closely with Sales and Client Success to support pitches, renewals, and growth opportunities Ideal Candidate Requirements: - 3+ years of client management experience, preferably in agency settings with enterprise clients - Comprehensive understanding of social media landscape - Extensive training in enterprise social media management platforms - Ability to design advanced workflows, governance structures, and custom dashboards - Strong consultative skills engaging senior stakeholders - Experience working across cross-functional teams - Excellent communication and presentation capabilities - Technical problem-solving skills balanced with relationship management Additional Requirements: - Willingness to complete criminal record check - Desktop/laptop meeting system requirements - High-speed internet (minimum 30 mb/s) - Professional headset/microphone and webcam - English fluency with clear communication skills - Additional language proficiency considered advantageous Salary range: $70k-$80k, determined by experience, knowledge, and skills.
