This role leads the design and implementation of technology solutions tailored to government agencies, ensuring alignment with regulatory standards, operational goals, and mission-critical requirements.
Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of technology solutions for public sector clients
- Translate government requirements into actionable technical strategies
- Collaborate with engineering and security teams to ensure compliance with federal standards
- Manage stakeholder expectations across multiple government entities
- Develop solution architectures that meet scalability and security demands
- Facilitate workshops with agency personnel to gather and refine needs
- Oversee proposal development for government procurement opportunities
- Ensure integration of systems with existing government IT environments
- Coordinate testing and validation processes with government oversight bodies
- Drive adoption through training and change management support
- Monitor project performance against contractual and service-level benchmarks
- Maintain documentation for audits and compliance reviews
- Advocate for client needs within internal delivery teams
- Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies early in project lifecycle
- Support contract renewals and expansion discussions with agency leads
