As a Solutions Engineer for EMEA, you will play a key technical role in high-value sales engagements, working hand-in-hand with Account Executives to guide enterprise clients through complex digital transformation journeys. Your expertise will help organizations unlock deeper insights from their digital customer interactions using our platform.
What You'll Do
- Lead the technical direction of enterprise sales processes, from initial discovery through to deal closure, across the EMEA region.
- Design and deliver customized demonstrations that connect platform capabilities to strategic business goals.
- Run proof-of-concept initiatives, establishing clear success metrics and demonstrating tangible business impact.
- Translate client challenges into scalable technical architectures and articulate compelling value propositions.
- Partner with sales teams on deal strategy and align with Product and Engineering to ensure seamless post-sale transitions.
- Contribute to RFP processes and channel customer insights back into product development discussions.
Requirements
- Fluency in English and Italian; additional European languages are a plus.
- Minimum of four years in enterprise pre-sales or solutions engineering within SaaS or software environments.
- Proven experience navigating multi-stakeholder sales cycles in large organizations.
- Ability to communicate effectively with both technical teams and C-level executives.
- Hands-on knowledge of web technologies including JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Experience framing solutions around ROI and business outcomes.
- Strong presentation and storytelling abilities across diverse corporate cultures.
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple concurrent opportunities and a willingness to travel 25–30% regionally.
Preferred Qualifications
- Background in Digital Experience Analytics or Customer Experience Management (CXM) platforms.
- Familiarity with agentic AI, enterprise data systems, or tagging methodologies.
- Prior work in fast-growing SaaS companies or digital transformation consulting.
