Scrunch AI is hiring a Solutions Engineer to be central to the success of our new Agent Experience Platform and AI Monitoring product. In this role, you will work directly with customers, own technical onboarding, build reusable components, and support the sales team.
What You'll Do
- Lead onboarding and technical delivery for new customers.
- Configure and/or advise on API and data integrations.
- Partner with sales and product teams to ensure customers are qualified and technically ready to implement advanced AI Monitoring & the Agent Experience platform.
- Write documentation, playbooks and automations to make future customer onboarding faster.
- Bring structured feedback from customers into the product roadmap.
- Work directly with customers, owning technical onboarding and implementation.
- Build reusable components — API clients, workflow and data integrations, automated tests and health checks, mini-apps and programmatic demos, and more.
- Support our Sales team with technical expertise.
What We're Looking For
- 2–6 years in customer-facing technical roles such as solutions engineering, forward-deployed engineering, or implementation.
- Ability to build demos & automations using Python or TypeScript, cloud computing, and SQL.
- Clear communication with both engineers and business stakeholders.
- Experience working with customers in both pre-sales and post-sales contexts.
- A startup mindset: high ownership, speed, and ability to work through ambiguity.
Nice to Have
- Experience with marketing tech, analytics, or monitoring tools.
- Familiarity with AI productivity and development tools like ChatGPT, v0, Lovable, etc.
- History of successfully creating onboarding playbooks, automations, etc. that scaled under pressure.
