About the Role

Bitwarden is hiring a Solutions Engineer to serve as a product expert, helping enterprise prospects and customers meaningfully engage with our platform. You will handle business inquiries, provide solutions for technical issues, design proof-of-concepts, and bridge the gap between confusion and confidence for organizations adopting Bitwarden.

What You'll Do

  • Function as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for Bitwarden and its suite of services.
  • Conduct engaging, implementation-specific demos and technical Q&A sessions.
  • Attend deal cadence calls with Sales Account Executives to monitor pre-sales proof-of-concept progress and assist in planning.
  • Report product feedback and feature requests to Product and Engineering teams.
  • Assist account executives with positioning new or upcoming product features to customers.
  • Build scripts, integrations, and examples for customers to test functionality during pre-sales proof-of-concepts.
  • Work with the Sales Team to develop account strategies to build, mature, and close pipeline.
  • Track the competitive landscape and provide technical depositioning information.
  • Assist in responding to technical questions on RFPs, RFIs, and RFQs.
  • Advise customers on industry best practices for the full Bitwarden stack.
  • Work with enterprise prospects to solve current issues and identify solutions for future challenges.
  • Provide superb guidance for customer implementations, integrations, and general security.
  • Keep organized notes and champion feedback in collaborative sessions across the Bitwarden team.
  • Coordinate hand-off to Integration Engineering and Customer Success teams to move customers from proof-of-concept to production.

Team & Environment

You will report to the Director of Solutions & Implementation Engineering and work closely with the Integration Engineering and Sales teams. You will coordinate hand-offs to Integration Engineering and Customer Success Engagement Management teams to ensure product and service continuity from proof-of-concept to production.
