Shape the Future of Immersive Experiences
As a Solutions Design Specialist, you will play a central role in transforming client concepts into technically sound, scalable projects. Operating at the intersection of creativity and engineering, you'll collaborate with sales, creative services, and innovation teams to define the feasibility and scope of large-scale installations—including virtual production stages, LED environments, and real-time immersive experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Translate high-level creative visions into detailed technical designs using Disguise platforms and complementary technologies
- Lead early-stage client engagements to define project requirements, technical constraints, and integration opportunities
- Design end-to-end system architectures, including LED volumes, lighting, audio, projection, and camera tracking systems, using 2D and 3D modeling tools
- Develop comprehensive project documentation such as equipment lists, system configurations, as-built records, and Statements of Work
- Collaborate with vendors and partners to integrate third-party systems and ensure seamless deployment
- Support remote and on-site technical teams during installation, commissioning, and troubleshooting phases
- Stay ahead of advancements in real-time rendering, broadcast infrastructure, and networked media systems to inform design decisions
- Validate new tools and workflows to enhance project performance and reliability
What We’re Looking For
- 8+ years of hands-on experience in immersive technology, virtual production, or live event systems
- Proficiency in CAD and diagramming software such as AutoCAD, Vectorworks, or Rhino
- Strong understanding of real-time rendering engines including Unreal Engine, Notch, or Unity
- Experience with media servers, particularly Disguise, and familiarity with video processing and networked AV systems
- Demonstrated ability to manage complex, multi-phase technical projects from concept through delivery
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to explain technical details to non-technical stakeholders
- Self-driven with a proactive approach to problem-solving and project ownership
Work Environment
This is a fully remote role based in the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia or the UAE, with regular travel for on-site project support. You should be prepared for occasional after-hours work—approximately 30% of the time—depending on project timelines. The ideal candidate thrives in fast-moving environments, balances multiple priorities, and contributes to a collaborative, global team culture grounded in innovation and technical excellence.
