Responsibilities

  • Participate in the development of new features and enhancements based on client feedback.
  • Assist in the creation of marketing materials and case studies to showcase success stories.
  • Provide input on product roadmaps and feature prioritization.
  • Conduct regular check-ins with clients to assess the effectiveness of implemented solutions.
  • Collaborate with the product team to ensure solutions align with product capabilities.
  • Identify and address any issues or concerns raised by clients promptly.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders within client organizations.
  • Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams on client needs and pain points.
  • Assist in the onboarding of new clients and ensure a smooth transition to the recruitment software.
  • Conduct regular reviews of client usage and provide recommendations for optimization.
  • Participate in client feedback sessions and surveys to gather insights.
  • Work with the support team to resolve any technical issues or bugs reported by clients.
  • Provide input on the development of training programs and educational resources.
