- Develop frameworks for evaluating partnership performance
- Lead onboarding processes for new partners
- Track and report on partnership KPIs and ROI
- Represent the company in external partnership discussions
- Stay informed about industry trends affecting partnership landscapes
- Coordinate co-branded campaigns and joint initiatives
- Manage partner communications and ensure alignment
- Troubleshoot challenges in ongoing partnerships
- Create scalable processes for partnership expansion
- Support integration of partner tools and platforms
- Facilitate knowledge sharing between partners and internal teams
- Develop pitch materials and presentations for prospective partners
- Assess compatibility with potential partners based on strategic fit
- Maintain a pipeline of future partnership opportunities
- Ensure legal and compliance standards are met in all agreements

Qualifications
- Proven experience in partnership development or business development roles
- Strong track record of closing strategic deals
- Excellent negotiation and communication abilities
- Experience working with creator platforms or digital media companies
- Familiarity with contract terms and partnership frameworks
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
- Skilled at managing multiple stakeholders and priorities
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM or partnership management tools
- Experience measuring and reporting on partnership success metrics
- Background in sales or alliance management a plus
- Understanding of content creation ecosystems
