Lead the growth of a financial technology platform across Latin America as the first Solutions Consultant based in São Paulo. You’ll play a pivotal role in establishing a delivery presence for a scalable SaaS platform used by wealth managers, private banks, and family offices. Your work will directly shape how clients adopt and succeed with the platform across the region.
What You’ll Do
- Own end-to-end implementation projects for new and existing clients, guiding them from onboarding through production launch.
- Ensure accurate data integration, portfolio configuration, and system setup while maintaining compliance with local regulations like LGPD.
- Act as a strategic advisor to client stakeholders, translating business needs into technical outcomes.
- Collaborate with certified partners to scale delivery and support ongoing enhancements.
- Work closely with sales, engineering, and client success teams to ensure smooth transitions and consistent service quality.
- Develop implementation playbooks and best practices tailored to the LATAM market.
- Advocate for clients internally while aligning project scope, timelines, and expectations across global teams and time zones.
Who You Are
- You have at least two years of experience in financial services, fintech, or SaaS consulting, with a focus on client delivery or onboarding.
- You’re fluent in Portuguese and English, with strong communication skills across technical and business audiences.
- You’re experienced in wealth management data, reporting structures, or investment workflows.
- You’re self-driven, highly organized, and thrive in fast-paced, evolving environments.
- You’re comfortable working remotely with global teams and managing multiple priorities.
- Legal authorization to work in Brazil is required from day one.
- This role requires residency in the State of São Paulo and operates under a hybrid model.
Nice to Have
- Proficiency in Spanish.
- Basic scripting skills, particularly in Python.
- Experience with Brazilian financial institutions or familiarity with CVM/Bacen frameworks.
- Willingness to travel occasionally within Brazil and across Latin America.
