BILL is looking for a Solutions Consultant to meet quarterly and annual quota objectives by partnering with our Sales organization. You will be the trusted advisor for presenting our suite of products to Mid Market and API prospects, as well as Accounting firms throughout the sales process.
What You'll Do
- Lead discovery to uncover business requirements across payments, approvals, and accounting workflows; document and translate them into solution designs.
- Develop and deliver tailored, high-impact demos—virtual and in-person—that clearly show how BILL solves prospect pain points.
- Serve as the pre-sales technical point of contact for Mid-Market, API, and Accounting Firm prospects; respond thoroughly to product and integration questions.
- Partner with Sales, Sales Enablement, and Product to refine demo narratives, scripts, and best practices; share insights that guide solution enhancements.
- Advise on process improvements and integration approaches between BILL and in-house accounting systems.
- Act as a subject-matter expert on competitive payment and adjacent solutions; articulate BILL’s differentiators and use cases.
- Own the technical content for RFPs/RFIs and translate new release information into customer-ready messaging.
- Coach Account Executives to become self-sufficient with demos and discovery.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field required.
- 5 years in a pre-sales position with an Enterprise or Mid Market SaaS company, preferably focused on the financial buyer.
Nice to Have
- Application experience with one or more of the following solutions desirable: Netsuite, Intacct, Microsoft Dynamics Great Plains and/or Business Central.

- San Jose, CA: $141,500—$169,700 USD OTE; Draper, UT: $120,200—$144,200 USD OTE + equity: Eligible to participate in BILL’s equity plans.

Work Mode
This role is hybrid and based in San Jose, CA or Draper, UT. Remote-eligible candidates will also be considered.
