About the Role
This position involves designing and delivering customized technical solutions for clients in the insurance industry using a flexible, low-code platform. The role spans pre-sales support, solution design, and implementation oversight, requiring a balance of technical depth and client engagement skills.
Responsibilities
- Lead discovery sessions with clients to understand business requirements and translate them into technical designs
- Design and document end-to-end system architectures tailored to client needs
- Evaluate client workflows and recommend optimized solutions using platform capabilities
- Collaborate with implementation teams to ensure accurate execution of technical designs
- Support sales teams by demonstrating platform capabilities during pre-sales engagements
- Develop prototypes and proof-of-concept implementations to validate solutions
- Guide clients through technical onboarding and integration processes
- Ensure solutions comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements
- Work closely with product teams to relay client feedback and influence roadmap decisions
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues during implementation phases
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of platform features and enhancements
- Create technical documentation, including architecture diagrams and integration specs
- Coordinate with third-party vendors and external systems for data exchange
- Advise on best practices for system scalability, security, and performance
- Participate in agile project cycles, including planning and review sessions
- Mentor junior team members on solution design principles
- Ensure alignment between business goals and technical delivery
- Manage multiple client projects simultaneously with attention to timelines
- Communicate technical concepts clearly to non-technical stakeholders
- Support post-implementation reviews and continuous improvement initiatives
