Iron Mountain is hiring a Solutions Architect to support key pre-sales pursuits and contribute to the growth of our Digital Business Unit (DBU). You will be essential in understanding customer environments and designing solutions that meet their information management challenges.
What You'll Do
- Understand customer physical and digital information environments, identify challenges, and provide problem-solving related to Iron Mountain services.
- Scope and design solutions across the Iron Mountain Digital portfolio.
- Present solution overviews and demonstrations.
- Develop, track, and support pilot and Proof of Concept (POC) projects.
- Gather and share intelligence on market trends, industry trends, and competitors.
- Attend relevant trade shows and marketing events to create and advance opportunities.
- Provide solution configuration recommendations, architectural diagrams, and support quote, schedule, contract, and SOW creation and modification.
- Utilize Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) and Return On Investment (ROI) modeling.
What We're Looking For
- 5+ years of experience in technical solution design, architecture, and modeling.
- Experience in solution design, leveraging modern data architecture to deliver Information, Content, and Data Management solutions.
- Willingness to travel.
Nice to Have
- 5+ years of experience and/or certifications in at least three of the following: Content Services, Workflow, Business Process Management, and Information Governance.
- 5+ years of experience and/or certifications in at least three of the following: Enterprise Software for structured and unstructured data and content management.
- 5+ years of experience and/or certifications in at least three of the following: Cloud SaaS experience in the content services platform and information management market.
- 5+ years of experience and/or certifications in at least three of the following: Valid and current certifications from major hyperscalers (e.g., AWS Certified Solutions Architect, Microsoft Certified: Azure Solutions Architect Expert, Google Cloud Professional Cloud Architect).
- 5+ years of experience and/or certifications in at least three of the following: Experience in data recognition / analysis technologies and how they are used in Machine Learning, Data Analysis, Artificial Intelligence, Cognitive Neural Networks, ECM-solutions, Document Management.
- 5+ years of experience and/or certifications in at least three of the following: Experience in solution development, pricing and demonstrating scanning, OCR, ICR and Document Management / ECM solutions.
- 5+ years of experience and/or certifications in at least three of the following: Industry specific expertise around modern technologies and their impact in business transformation.
- 5+ years of experience and/or certifications in at least three of the following: Background and proven experience of consultative solution approaches, pre-sales process and technology-focused solution selling.
