Mindex is looking for a Solution Lead (Salesforce) to develop efficient and effective solutions to complex business problems using advanced analytical, technical, and conceptual skills. You will partner with stakeholders to design and guide advanced technical software solutions and ensure the delivery of an uncompromising customer experience.
What You'll Do
- Understand the client’s mission, vision, and business value.
- Partner with stakeholders to design, develop, and guide advanced technical software solutions.
- Partner with the Scrum Master to manage the solution team considering client needs, architecture, and resource constraints.
- Moderate the solution creation process, coordinate Agile development, and ensure good development practices.
- Build technical and non-technical relationships inside your team, across Mindex delivery teams, and with Customer stakeholders.
- Lead, mentor, and coach junior team members.
- Investigate new technologies, processes, and best practices where relevant.
- Remain accountable for work output of the delivery team from concept through delivery.
- Act as final quality check for all team deliverables, approving PRs, reviewing test automation and documentation.
- Be a trusted advisor, present and engaged in customer meetings, prepared to offer advice and assistance.
- Design, implement, and maintain custom Salesforce applications using Apex, Visualforce, and Lightning components.
- Design and implement complex business processes using Salesforce workflows, process builder, and triggers.
- Perform data migrations and integrations with external systems using Salesforce APIs.
- Stay updated with the latest Salesforce features and technologies.
What We're Looking For
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering or a related field.
- Five+ years of experience in a Salesforce environment.
- Proven experience as a Salesforce Developer with strong expertise in Apex.
- Proficiency in Salesforce development tools such as Visualforce, Lightning components, and Salesforce APIs.
- Solid understanding of Salesforce architecture and data model.
- Experience with Salesforce integrations using REST and SOAP APIs.
- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively with stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience leading, mentoring and coaching developers.
- Salesforce Developer certification.
