Rockefeller Philanthropy Advisors seeks a Solution Expert to join our team. In this remote role, you will work closely with enterprise clients to maximize the value of their learning platform through strategic consulting and technical solutions. You will manage a key portfolio of accounts, including one of our largest clients, driving adoption through expert guidance.

What You'll Do

Manage a portfolio of clients throughout their contract lifecycle, delivering expert-level product guidance.
Support complex technical implementations including platform restructuring, integrations such as SSO and API connections, third-party tools, and solution audits.
Partner with Customer Success to troubleshoot technical challenges and optimize usage across client environments.
Deliver professional services such as technical workshops, platform audits, and product training sessions.
Develop scalable processes to improve solution delivery, document best practices, and contribute to internal knowledge bases.
Act as a strategic consultant to clients, identifying opportunities for increased engagement and long-term adoption.
Collaborate with internal teams including Product, Sales, and Engineering to advocate for client needs and feedback.

What We're Looking For

5+ years of consulting experience in a technical, client-facing role (e.g., Technical Consultant, Level 2/3 Support, Technical Account Manager).
Hands-on experience deploying SaaS solutions, ideally within the HR or learning tech space.
Strong knowledge of APIs, SSO configuration, and system integration.
Proven project management capabilities and a structured, analytical mindset.
Excellent communication skills, with the ability to adapt your approach for both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Client-first mindset with a proactive approach to identifying and solving problems.
Fluent in French and proficient in English (B2 level).

Nice to Have

Additional languages such as German or Spanish are a plus.
