Kestra is hiring a Solution Engineer Associate

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable hands-on technical background
  • 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical role involving direct customer interaction or close team collaboration
  • Proficient written English communication skills
  • Strong verbal communication abilities across diverse audiences
  • Ability to convey technical topics in a clear, accessible way
  • Experience working effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
  • Demonstrated initiative to learn new technologies and independently drive problem resolution

Nice to Have

  • Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster
  • Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
  • Practical knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
  • Understanding of continuous integration and continuous delivery (CI/CD) systems
  • Enthusiasm for artificial intelligence, large language models, or machine learning operations
