Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a comparable hands-on technical background
- 1 to 3 years of experience in a technical role involving direct customer interaction or close team collaboration
- Proficient written English communication skills
- Strong verbal communication abilities across diverse audiences
- Ability to convey technical topics in a clear, accessible way
- Experience working effectively in a remote, distributed team environment
- Demonstrated initiative to learn new technologies and independently drive problem resolution
Nice to Have
- Hands-on experience with workflow orchestration platforms such as Airflow, Prefect, or Dagster
- Familiarity with infrastructure-as-code tools like Terraform
- Practical knowledge of cloud platforms including AWS, GCP, or Azure
