About the Role

Lead the strategy and execution of performance marketing initiatives to achieve customer acquisition and revenue targets through data analysis, channel optimization, and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and manage paid acquisition strategies across digital platforms
  • Analyze campaign performance to identify optimization opportunities
  • Collaborate with creative teams to produce high-converting ad content
  • Manage media budgets to maximize return on ad spend
  • Implement and monitor A/B testing frameworks for landing pages and ads
  • Track and report on KPIs including CAC, LTV, and conversion rates
  • Optimize bidding strategies using platform-specific tools and automation
  • Coordinate with analytics teams to ensure accurate data tracking
  • Evaluate new advertising channels and platforms for expansion
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of digital marketing trends and algorithms
  • Work closely with product teams to align messaging with user experience
  • Ensure compliance with advertising platform policies and brand guidelines
  • Use CRM data to refine audience targeting and segmentation
  • Support seasonal and promotional campaign planning
  • Lead vendor relationships for ad tech and analytics tools
  • Drive alignment between marketing and sales objectives
  • Conduct competitive analysis to inform media strategy
  • Implement attribution modeling to assess channel effectiveness
  • Manage agency partners involved in campaign execution
  • Translate business goals into measurable marketing KPIs
  • Optimize user journey from click to conversion
  • Leverage first-party data for audience personalization
  • Present strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders
  • Ensure data privacy compliance in all marketing activities
  • Scale successful campaigns across regions or verticals
