Requirements

  • Expertise in identity and access management within large-scale, multi-region, and regulated enterprise systems
  • Proficiency in developing and maintaining full-stack software applications
  • Experience with contemporary CI/CD pipelines, including automated code quality checks and unit testing frameworks
  • Familiarity with secure API design, deployment, and management using current tools and standards
  • Demonstrated success delivering technology solutions in global markets, aligning local requirements with centralized platforms

Nice to Have

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or equivalent practical experience
  • Hands-on experience with agentic coding tools such as Claude Code or comparable AI-assisted development platforms
  • Background supporting technology users in Japan, including understanding regional technical and operational needs

  • User Authentication and authorization technologies in complex multi-national multi-domain regulated environments
  • Full Stack application development

  • Proven track record of delivering technological solutions in international markets, balancing local needs and flexibility with global capabilities
