As a Solution Architect, you will play a central role in shaping technical solutions for organizations focused on empowering deskless workers. With 6–12 years of experience in SaaS environments, you will lead the translation of complex business requirements into functional, scalable designs—particularly within Field Service Management domains.
What You’ll Do
- Collaborate with senior architects to assess client needs, define project scope, and document end-to-end processes.
- Lead discovery workshops and design sessions to align stakeholders on solution direction.
- Partner with product, engineering, and delivery teams to build customer-focused implementations that scale.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including low-level designs and integration plans.
- Configure and extend platform capabilities while following best practices for system integration.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges during and after deployment.
- Provide feedback to influence product evolution and improve implementation frameworks.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12 years of experience in SaaS professional services or technical consulting roles.
- Proven background in Field Service Management systems and business transformation initiatives.
- Hands-on experience designing enterprise workflows, data models, and integrations.
- Familiarity with Agile delivery methods and tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Technical fluency in JavaScript, JSON, databases, and enterprise application architecture.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Detail-oriented mindset with consistent follow-through on deliverables.
Preferred
- Experience in fast-moving startup environments with evolving product strategies.
Work Environment
This is a remote-first role open to candidates in the United States, Canada, Europe, Latin America, Singapore, and Bangalore, India. Occasional travel may be required for team collaboration or customer engagements. You’ll work within a global, agile team focused on delivering impactful technology solutions that advance equity for frontline workers.
