As a Solution Architect, you will play a key role in shaping technology solutions that empower frontline workers through intelligent service design. Working within a globally distributed, remote-first team, you'll bridge business requirements with technical execution, ensuring implementations are scalable, efficient, and closely aligned with customer goals.
What You’ll Do
- Work alongside senior architects and cross-functional teams to assess technical and business needs, define solution boundaries, and document end-to-end processes.
- Lead discovery workshops, client engagements, and design discussions to gain alignment across stakeholders and technical teams.
- Design adaptable, enterprise-grade solutions that integrate seamlessly with existing workflows and systems.
- Develop and maintain detailed technical documentation, including low-level designs and configuration specifications.
- Configure and tailor platform capabilities while following integration best practices and maintaining system integrity.
- Diagnose and resolve technical challenges, offering guidance during and after implementation.
- Provide feedback to influence product evolution and enhance delivery frameworks based on real-world deployment insights.
What We’re Looking For
- 6–12 years in SaaS professional services or client-facing technical roles.
- Proven background in Field Service Management systems and digital transformation initiatives.
- Experience defining system requirements and identifying optimization opportunities in complex environments.
- Strong understanding of enterprise applications, data models, integrations, and workflow automation.
- Working knowledge of JavaScript, JSON, and database structures.
- Agile delivery experience and familiarity with tools like JIRA and Confluence.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English, with the ability to engage technical and non-technical audiences.
- Highly detail-oriented, dependable, and committed to delivering quality outcomes.
Preferred Background
