Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end design and execution of CRM implementations, ensuring high-quality delivery and successful customer outcomes
- Collaborate with sales during pre-sales activities to define project scope, strategy, and build customer trust
- Design and deliver persuasive solution proposals, project plans, and implementation timelines to prospective clients
- Produce statements of work, time estimates, and risk evaluations that set clear and achievable expectations
- Demonstrate strong customer empathy and a commitment to enabling client success
- Work with internal research and development teams to resolve advanced technical challenges
- Provide expert consultation with stakeholders, offering options with associated benefits, drawbacks, and risks
- Evaluate client system architecture, process design, and integration points with the platform
- Set up and configure environments to meet specific business requirements and solve operational challenges
- Guide implementation teams on methodology, configuration techniques, and application best practices
- Share proven approaches and reusable solutions across teams and with customers to accelerate value realization
- Partner with product and engineering teams to influence future platform capabilities based on real-world needs
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of competitor offerings and clearly communicate unique platform advantages
