TMF Group is hiring a Solution Architect to join our team. The role will initially focus on supporting the Optix Migration project before moving into a permanent HRP BAU Solutioning position. You will be responsible for defining business requirements, designing solutions, assisting with project scoping, and leading delivery teams.
What You'll Do
- Conduct diligence investigations, workshops, and documentation
- Define business requirements
- Define, design, and specify solutions
- Assist Sales and Horizon Clients with project scoping, definition, and planning
- Estimate development resource requirements and delivery timescales in conjunction with Project Managers
- Challenge, validate, and support proposed solutions and designs
- Monitor quality and fitness for purpose of developments
- Oversee testing and acceptance of deliverables
- Provide internal and external consultancy
- Lead delivery teams
- Conduct mentoring and staff development
- Work with Local Offices to identify and mitigate issues and risks, aligning to a training plan and delivering solutions training
- Report and escalate concerns and issues
